4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or other approved online methods.

In case of payment failure or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, usually 3–7 working days within Pakistan.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, weather, holidays).

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Provide clear photos or a short video as proof before we approve a replacement or refund.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or minor variations in color or design.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

If payment was made online and your order is canceled, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

We respect your privacy. Your personal data (such as name, phone number, address, and payment details) is collected only for order processing and customer support.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except where required by law or courier partners for delivery purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier company.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
